Australian Native mint is like no other mint on the planet. Found only in the riparian zone of rivers and wetlands in Australia,the plant is a low growing perennial that hides amongst the other grasses along the river banks.
We take the time to find this amazing herb along the waterline of our property and hand harvest for distillation. Each plant is pruned so that the roots are not disturbed and the plant can continue to grow.
