Our Neroli Orange Blossom  Hydrosol is produced on our farm using steam distillation of the fresh flowers that are hand picked on our chemical free orchard on the Murray River.

Neroli floral water is calming and grounding. A  spritz on the pillow to help sleep or spray the aurora  of orange blossom floral water in each room to calm the senses but refresh the mind.
This captivating  hydrosol has an uplifting complex, sweet, bitter citrusy, floral aroma that  is a very mild version of its essential oil counterpart, making it a natural addition to recipes, formulas and delightful inventions. 

Old Man Weed as it is lovingly known by the locals, is a vital ingredient in the traditional medicine pantry.

The waters that are made from the distillation process are antibacterial and good for use in the household to cleanse the air and surfaces.

During the distillation process the oils and waters of the plant escape together and the oils float on top to be separated. 
What is left is a plant infused water with tiny particles of aromatics that are suspended in the distilled water. 
Floral Waters  are used for making spritz, mixed into balms, creams,used as a base for  tonics, toners and other skin care products.
Floral waters are also used in cooking just like the rose water in turkish delight.Nothing nicer than Orange cake with a dash of neroli floral water in the recipe.
Hydrosols can be used externally in skin care products, internally as a douche, taken as a tonic or combined in a beverage drink. ​
